Myra {Senior Portraits}

Fall has been so kind to us here in St. Louis. The colors, the weather…it’s just been perfect. And with great weather and beautiful colors comes fabulous shooting weather! This was one of my favorites to do because her Mama is a very good friend of mine. I adore this girl and her family. She is not only absolutely gorgeous, but she is also very kind and amazingly intelligent. Clients like this make my job incredibly easy!

Wine Tasting {Parker’s Table}

I recently realized that I never posted the images from the wine tasting at Parker’s Table! Parker’s is an awesome shop here in St. Louis. Not only do they have a great selection of wine and beer, but cheese as well. They won’t hire me to work at their cheese counter because there will be zero profits in that area! They get their cheese from Baetje Farms, which is right here in Missouri!

If you are in the St. Louis area, head over to Parker’s and check out their awesome stuff! They are located at 7118 Oakland Ave. St. Louis, Mo 63117

The Heart of Van Gogh

My love for art has always been at the forefront of my love for photography. I love incorporating pieces of art and pieces of photography and blending them to make pieces that I fall in love with over and over and over again.

One of my favorite artists of all time….Vincent Van Gogh. He needs no explanation as to why I love him so much. But he inspired this set. Which is why it is called the Heart of Van Gogh. He put every fiber of his being into his work, and especially his heart.

These textures are so beautiful on images!

Textures included:
Being Painterly
Bleaching Ground
Cafe Au Charbonnage
Daubigny’s Garden
Le Trustesse Durera Toujours
One Paris
Miners in the Snow
Love is Many Things
To Theo
The Hague
The Crack of Dawn
Peace in the Storm
The Poet’s Garden
White Frame
Paint My Dream
and of course…….

Beauty Inspired

I always love finding women who are comfortable in front of the camera, comfortable with themselves, and when those women are this naturally beautiful….well, even better! There is just something about porcelain skin in photographs that is so beautiful to me. It’s like a work of art all on it’s own.

Meghan is such a beauty inside and out, she follows her own style and is so comfortable in her own skin. That radiates throughout all of her photographs and when you meet her in person, you just know that what you see is what you get.

“The world is changed because you are made of ivory and gold.
 The curves of your lips rewrite history.”
